We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager (EPC Execution)
📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
🏭 Industry: Solar Power Plant EPC (C&I – Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
💼 Experience Required: 7+ Years (Solar EPC Project Execution)
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
⏳ Joining Timeline: Immediate or within 30 days
🌏 Preferred Location: Candidates currently based in Maharashtra
About the Role :-
We are looking for a highly experienced Solar Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar EPC projects. This role requires strong hands-on site experience, effective coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead complete execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects.
- Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Supervise on-site activities including module installation, structures, inverters, and electrical works.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (contractors, clients)
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges to avoid delays.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Key Requirements :-
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution.
- Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical installations, and commissioning.
- Proven experience managing on-site project execution independently.
- Good understanding of safety practices and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
