Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Project Manager based in Chennai. The Solar Project Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of solar projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The role requires effectively handling procurement, logistics, and inspections to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Project Management and experience in planning, executing, and delivering solar infrastructure projects
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure effective coordination and timely completion
- Experience in Inspection and quality assurance of equipment and installations
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to handle material procurement and supply chain operations effectively
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Experience in renewable energy projects, particularly solar or wind, is highly desirable
