Hawk Energy is a fast-growing Solar EPC company specializing in rooftop and commercial solar installations. We are looking for an experienced professional who can independently manage solar projects from site survey to final commissioning while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.Position
Solar Project Manager (EPC) / Installation Team LeadKey Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of solar installation projects from start to finish.
- Plan, execute, and monitor multiple solar EPC projects.
- Lead and supervise installation teams, electricians, and site engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline and budget.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Handle site execution, commissioning, testing, and project handover.
- Manage material planning and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Resolve technical issues during installation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and project completion reports.
- Ensure all documentation is completed for project submission and client handover.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in the Solar EPC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of rooftop and commercial solar systems.
- Hands-on experience with inverters, solar modules, electrical systems, and commissioning.
- Ability to lead installation teams and manage multiple project sites.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across Telangana and neighboring states when required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in net metering, CEIG approvals, and DISCOM coordination.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic electrical drawings.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and take complete project ownership.
