We Are Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution
📍 Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
🏭 Industry: Solar Power Plant EPC (C&I – Rooftop & Ground Mounted)
💼 Experience: 7+ Years (Solar EPC Project Execution)
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
⏳ Joining: Immediate or within 30 days
🌏 Preference: Candidates based in Maharashtra
Role Summary -
We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of C&I solar EPC projects. The role requires strong on-site execution experience, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage complete execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects
- Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and track progress
- Supervise site activities including structure, module, inverter, and electrical installation
- Ensure adherence to technical drawings, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, and clients
- Monitor project timelines, resolve execution issues, and ensure timely delivery
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover
Key Requirements -
- 7+ years of experience in solar EPC project execution (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, commissioning, and electrical installations
- Proven experience in handling on-site project execution
- Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Must be an immediate joiner or available within 30 days
