📌 Job Description – Installation Coordinator

About the Role:
Rengy Private Limited is looking for a proactive and responsible Installation Coordinator who can efficiently manage and coordinate rooftop solar installation activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, arranging installation sites, tracking execution progress, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with solar vendors and installation teams for timely project execution
• Schedule and arrange installation sites as per project timelines
• Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors regarding installation status and updates
• Coordinate with customers for site readiness, installation scheduling, and support
• Ensure smooth communication between operations, sales, and installation teams
• Track daily installation progress and prepare coordination reports
• Handle basic issue resolution related to installation coordination and execution delays
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and company standards
• Maintain installation data, documentation, and vendor records properly
Required Skills:
• 1–2 years of experience in the solar or renewable energy industry
• Strong vendor coordination and communication skills
• Good understanding of rooftop solar installation processes
• Ability to handle multiple projects and follow-ups simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Prior experience in solar installation coordination or operations management is preferred
