About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling renewable energy consultancy operating across India’s solar EPC landscape, we partner with developers, IPPs, and government agencies to deliver utility-scale solar projects—from feasibility and design to commissioning and handover. We bridge technical execution with financial and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and grid-integration standards across diverse terrains and state policies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects—from site survey and BOQ finalization to testing, commissioning, and client handover.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance (IEC, IS, MNRE), and budget adherence.
- Manage stakeholder communication—developers, contractors, discoms, and third-party inspectors—to resolve site issues and align on milestones.
- Own project documentation: daily logs, progress reports, risk registers, safety audits, and client dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory norms (OHSAS, ISO 14001, local permits) across all project phases.
- Support project financial tracking—invoice validation, milestone billing, CAPEX control—and post-completion performance reporting.

Must-Have
- Solar EPC project management
- Site supervision & construction coordination
- BOQ & tender documentation
- IEC/IS standards compliance
- Risk & safety management (OHSAS certified)
- Stakeholder & vendor coordination
- MNRE guidelines & state discom protocols
- MS Project / Primavera P6 / Excel for scheduling
Preferred
- Experience with rooftop or hybrid (solar + storage) projects
- Knowledge of SCADA, plant performance monitoring tools
- Working understanding of PVsyst or Helioscope for yield estimation
