We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Solar Rooftop EPC Projects
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience Required: 5–10 Years
Industry: Solar EPC – C&I Rooftop Projects
Joining Preference: Immediate Joiner or within 30 Days
Preference: Maharashtra-based candidates preferred
We are looking for an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager with strong expertise in rooftop solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project execution, handling site teams, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely project delivery.
This role is best suited for professionals with a strong Solar EPC background who can independently manage multiple projects and lead execution teams efficiently.
✅ Key Requirements :-
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution
• Strong hands-on experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar projects
• Proven experience in handling complete project execution independently
• Experience in managing site teams, contractors, and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical works, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Good understanding of project planning, execution timelines, safety, and quality standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory
• Candidates based in Maharashtra will be preferred
• Candidate should be willing to work on-site and travel for project execution as required

• Manage end-to-end execution of rooftop solar EPC projects
• Oversee site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate project execution teams at site
• Handle project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal departments
• Monitor project progress and resolve execution-related challenges proactively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and technical specifications
• Support smooth project handover and documentation processes
