Hiring: Solar Project Execution Engineer
SolarLine GreenX LLP is looking for a results-driven Project Execution Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in managing solar installations from site survey to commissioning, we want to hear from you.
As part of a growing sustainability startup, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end installation of solar rooftop systems (residential, commercial, and industrial).
- Site Surveys: Conduct detailed site assessments, technical feasibility studies, and layouts for new projects.
- Supervision & Quality Control: Oversee on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resource optimization.
- Liaison & Approvals: Manage documentation and coordination with DISCOMs for net-metering and CEIG approvals.
- Client Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in solar project execution (Rooftop & Ground Mounted).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in site supervision, vendor control, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for client handling and government liaison.
- Location: Based in Bengaluru (requires travel to various project sites).
