Solar Production Incharge oversees manufacturing or assembly lines for solar panels, inverters, or components, ensuring daily production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing shift operations, reducing defects, optimizing material flow, and adhering to strict ISO and safety regulations.
