Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer relationship management (CRM) tasks, integrating knowledge of Tally ERP and Zoho Books for streamlined processes, and supporting operational initiatives in the solar power EPC domain. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining client data, ensuring accurate financial records, and coordinating workflows to improve efficiency within the team. Collaboration with internal departments and customers will also be key to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Solar Power, Solar Systems, and the broader Solar Industry
- Familiarity with renewable energy sectors, such as Wind Energy and Power Generation
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP and Zoho Books for financial management and reporting
- Strong organizational and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Relevant experience or qualifications in renewable energy or solar projects will be an added advantage
