Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Plant Technical Engineer/Site Incharge, based in Patna. The role involves overseeing the operations and maintenance of solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. The successful candidate will manage plant engineering, coordinate maintenance activities, handle troubleshooting, and oversee power generation processes. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, as well as assessing and improving plant systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Should be able to handle design and technical maintenance of Solar plants functioning at MW scale.
- Responsibilities include coordinating with EPC teams for design, overseeing daily operations and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure maximum energy generation (PR) and uptime of the solar PV plant.
- This role involves technical troubleshooting, managing preventive/corrective maintenance, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining comprehensive daily/monthly performance reports. Previous experience in the industry mandatory.
