Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Operations Executive, based in South Delhi. The role involves managing daily operational activities, optimizing solar system performance, overseeing installation processes, and ensuring timely maintenance. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with clients to address their needs, and analyze performance data to resolve any operational challenges. Attention to detail, operational efficiency, and strong problem-solving skills will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations and Operations Management skills for overseeing solar installations and ensuring smooth workflows
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and problem-solving in operations
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and commit to full-time responsibilities
- Familiarity with solar energy systems and renewable energy industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
