Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar O&M Engineer, based in Madurai. The engineer will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of solar PV plants. Duties include analyzing and improving system performance, managing maintenance schedules, and promptly addressing any technical issues to maintain optimal plant functionality. The role also requires preparing reports and coordinating with team members to meet operational objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to quickly address and resolve technical issues.
- Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to ensure optimal performance and longevity of solar PV systems.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles with hands-on experience in maintaining and improving electrical systems.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective team collaboration and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Madurai and manage equipment operations and maintenance activities with precision.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with solar PV systems and familiarity with industry regulations is a strong advantage.
