Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Marketing role based in Chennai. The Solar Marketing professional will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote solar EPC solutions, including creating campaigns, marketing materials, and digital content targeted at commercial and institutional clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research to identify opportunities, tracking industry trends, generating qualified leads, and supporting sales teams with presentations and proposals. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, organizing or supporting events and outreach activities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The individual will collaborate with technical, sales, and operations teams to communicate the value of solar solutions clearly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, opportunity qualification, and conversion in collaboration with the sales team.
- Candidates should possess Marketing Strategy skills to design and implement campaigns that promote solar EPC solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- Familiarity with renewable energy or solar power solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM or marketing platforms) is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is desirable.
