Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Relationship Manager, based in Nashik. The incumbent will ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include
- Generate and follow up on leads for solar rooftop and industrial/residential EE projects
- Gather and analyse consumer behaviour data by examining web traffic and rankings٫ among other metrics
- Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics٫ such as conversion rates
- Work with smaller solar companies and scale up the franchisee program at WRS
- Develop training programs for franchisees
- Facilitate the organisation and implementation of promotional events
- Assist customers with any queries regarding solar
- Generate weekly sales and marketing dashboards
Qualifications
- Experience in a sales role for industrial projects/services and/or residential/construction and building vertical is preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Regional language is a strong plus
- Passion to work in a dynamic and start-up environment
- Organised and persistent
- High attention to detail
- Prior experience (1 years+) in Sales and Marketing in any sector is a strong plus
- Must demonstrate high ownership and must be results-oriented
- Required to travel in and outside of Maharashtra based on customer requirements
- Technical knowledge will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Data management - MS Excel and MS Word
