Budget: ₹4-6 lakh (for entire duration based on experience & qualifications)
Role Purpose
Design at least 2-3 high-quality, practical solar courses & at least 5 workshops material contents for a Learning Management System (LMS), focused on building job-ready skills for youth.
Scope of Work
Develop end-to-end curriculum for:
- Introduction to Solar Installation
- Maintenance of Solar Systems (Rooftop, Agrivoltaics, Street Lights, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Design structured curriculum (modules, sessions, learning outcomes)
- Create engaging LMS content (text, case studies, visuals, activities)
- Develop interactive elements (games, simulations, scenarios)
- Design assessments (quizzes, assignments, practical evaluations)
- Ensure content is simple, practical, and field-oriented
- Align curriculum with industry needs and job roles
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in solar / renewable energy sector
- Prior experience in curriculum design / LMS content development
- Strong understanding of solar systems (installation & maintenance)
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learners
- Experience in creating interactive learning content is preferred
Deliverables
- At least 2-3 complete LMS-ready courses
- At least 5 workshops material contents
- Module-wise content (structured and formatted)
- Assessment bank (quizzes, assignments)
- Interactive learning components
- Facilitator/learner guidance (if required)
Timeline
- Total duration: Approx. 6 months
