Job Opening: Solar Liaison Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Solar Liaison Executive who can independently handle all government liaison and documentation activities related to residential and commercial rooftop solar projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with UGVCL processes, net metering applications, government approvals, and coordination with DISCOM officials to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit Net Metering Applications.
- Coordinate with UGVCL and other relevant government departments.
- Handle all documentation required before and after solar installation.
- Follow up for application approvals, inspections, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with customers, internal project teams, and government officials.
- Ensure timely completion of all statutory approvals.
- Track project status and maintain proper documentation records.
- Resolve issues related to applications, approvals, and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in solar liaisoning or rooftop solar operations.
- Good understanding of UGVCL net metering procedures and government portals.
- Knowledge of DISCOM documentation and commissioning processes.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
