Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solar HR Intern role at Sileaf Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune District. The intern will assist the HR department in tasks such as recruitment support, onboarding procedures, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR documentation. Additional responsibilities may include coordinating training sessions, staying updated on industry trends specific to the renewable energy sector, and supporting the development of HR policies tailored to sustainable technologies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems
- Understanding of Wind Energy and its applications
- Familiarity with Power Generation processes and renewable energy technologies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project timelines
- Preference for candidates enrolled in or recently graduated from HR, Business Management, Renewable Energy, or related fields
