We’re Hiring: Solar Project Manager – EPC Execution
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra
- Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
- Experience Required: 7+ Years in Solar Project Execution
- Candidates must be currently based in Maharashtra
- Immediate to 30 days joining is strictly required
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Solar Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of C&I rooftop solar EPC projects.
Exposure to ground-mounted projects may be included in future expansion, but current responsibilities are limited to rooftop EPC execution.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong on-site leadership, hands-on execution capability, and deep technical expertise across all project phases from planning to commissioning.
Key Requirements :-
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Solar EPC project execution
- Experience in C&I rooftop solar projects
- Proven experience in on-site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and EPC workflows
- Must be based in Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead end-to-end execution of C&I rooftop solar EPC projects
- Develop and manage project schedules, plans, and resource allocation
- Oversee site execution, including installation, electrical works, testing, and commissioning
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
- Track project progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
- Identify execution risks and resolve on-site challenges proactively
- Manage scope changes and project flow control
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and final handover
- Monitor and control project costs and resource utilization
- Provide regular, structured updates to stakeholders and management
