Role Description The Solar EPC Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haryana, India, responsible for end-to-end management of solar EPC projects, with a focus on rooftop solar installations. The role involves planning and executing project timelines, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety requirements. The Project Manager will oversee material procurement and expediting, manage logistics, monitor site activities, conduct inspections, and ensure quality and timely delivery. Daily tasks include stakeholder communication, progress reporting, risk identification and mitigation, and close coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams. The role also requires optimizing project costs, supporting continuous improvement of processes, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to safety standards at project sites.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills for organizing transportation, warehousing, and site material handling.
- Experience in solar EPC projects, preferably in water pumping or rooftop solar, and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) or a related technical field; a project management certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical practices and customer-focused delivery.
