Solar Project Engineer – Industrial & Commercial Rooftop Projects
Virupaksha Controls and Automation Pvt Ltd / Virupaksha Energy is looking for a motivated Solar Project Engineer to handle rooftop solar EPC projects across industrial and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site survey and technical feasibility assessment
- Coordination with design, procurement, and execution teams
- Project planning and site execution monitoring
- Material verification and BOQ coordination
- Client coordination and project updates
- Electrical and structural coordination during installation
- Support for CEIG / EB / Net Metering documentation
- Testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Monitoring project timelines, quality, and safety compliance
Required Skills:
- Knowledge in Solar PV systems
- Understanding of electrical systems and rooftop installations
- Experience in industrial/commercial solar projects preferred
- AutoCAD and basic design understanding
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to travel for site visits if required
Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / EEE / ECE / Mechanical
- 1–5 years experience preferred
