We are looking for Freshers to 3 Years of Experience to join our growing Sales team in the Renewable Energy sector.
Eligibility:
🎓 Any Graduate (B.Tech/Polytechnic in Electrical preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers to 3 years of experience in Sales/Field Sales/Business Development
Solar industry experience is an added advantage
Strong communication and convincing skills
Willingness to travel for field sales
Must own a bike (Fuel/Travel expenses will be reimbursed)
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers
Conduct field visits and explain rooftop solar solutions
Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
Build strong customer relationships and close sales
Coordinate with the engineering team
Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates
Salary:
💰 Fixed Salary per month + Attractive Incentives
