Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, India, for a Solar Engineer. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing solar power projects. Key day-to-day tasks include planning and executing solar system installations, handling PV system design, conducting site assessments, creating electrical designs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires close collaboration with teams to ensure project efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Experience in the Solar Industry and solid knowledge of Solar Power systems
- Expertise in designing Solar Systems and proficiency in PV Design
- Electrical Design experience and understanding of safety and regulatory compliance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in managing solar projects is an advantage
