Sukruthi Innovations is looking for an experienced Solar Design Manager to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in designing rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems and enjoy turning concepts into efficient, high-performance solutions, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design rooftop & ground-mounted solar PV systems
✅ Prepare SLDs, GA drawings, array layouts & electrical layouts
✅ Perform PV simulations using PVsyst & Helioscope
✅ Prepare BOQs/BOMs and project documentation
✅ Conduct site feasibility & shading analysis
✅ Coordinate with Procurement & Project Execution teams
✅ Optimize system performance and design efficiency
Required Skills:
✔ AutoCAD
✔ PVsyst
✔ Helioscope
✔ Solar PV Design
✔ SLD Preparation
✔ BOQ/BOM Preparation
✔ Electrical Design
✔ MS Excel
✔ Rooftop & Ground-Mounted Solar Projects
Preferred:
• Experience in On-grid, Off-grid & Hybrid Solar Systems
• Knowledge of DISCOM regulations & MNRE standards
• Strong understanding of PV Modules, Inverters & BoS Components
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline
