Role Description
We are seeking a passionate Solar Consultant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this role, you will focus on generating and managing leads to identify potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on solar power systems, performing site assessments, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. By leveraging your knowledge of the solar industry, you will guide customers in their transition to sustainable energy while contributing to the growth of our business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Solar Industry knowledge and expertise in Solar Power systems
- Experience in Lead Generation and a proven ability to identify and nurture potential customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide seamless and professional support
- Capability to conduct site assessments and create tailored solar solutions for clients
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in the energy or renewable energy sector preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills is an advantage
