Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune City for a Solar Consultant. The Solar Consultant will be responsible for understanding the solar energy needs of potential customers, generating leads, providing consultations, and delivering tailored solar solutions. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients to explain solar power solutions, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition from consultation to installation. The role requires building strong client relationships and contributing to SolarSquare’s mission to expand solar adoption.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the Solar Industry and Solar Power systems
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying potential solar customers
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner
- Proficiency in sales and consultation techniques is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet customer needs
- An educational background in renewable energy, engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivation and the ability to meet targets while working in a collaborative environment
