Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Consultant located in Lucknow. The Solar Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to educate them on solar power benefits, generating leads, and overseeing the sales and project process from consultation to completion. Daily tasks will include evaluating client energy needs, designing tailored solar solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful onboarding of customers throughout the grid connection process. The consultant will also provide regular updates and collaborate with the internal team to meet project goals.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the Solar Industry and proficiency in Solar Power systems
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and client acquisition
- Effective Communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in tools related to solar project design and analysis is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in sales or renewable energy sectors is advantageous
