Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive/Manager to promote and sell rooftop solar power projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, project coordination, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop solar projects
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical-commercial proposals
- Meet customers, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track competitors, market trends, and government solar policies
Eligibility / Requirements:
- BE/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in solar rooftop sales preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of MNRE / DISCOM solar policies and net metering
- CRM handling and reporting experience
- Two-wheeler with driving license preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
