Operations Manager

Solace Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficient and effective execution of our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all operational activities, including resource planning, process improvement, and performance optimization - Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness - Coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and drive operational excellence - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to ensure financial sustainability - Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and digitize operational processes - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards - Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proficient in project management, process optimization, and change management - Demonstrated experience in implementing operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives - Familiarity with ERP systems and other operational software tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
