About the role
As a Senior Product Manager you will deliver successful products in our rapidly changing ecosystem consisting of marketing tech, customer relationship management, guest experience management, reputation manager and/or performance marketing within the hospitality space. The Senior Product Manager will know what it means to own a product and desire to be in a position of personal responsibility for your product's growth and ongoing success. You will build and ship data-driven products, owning the process from ideation to rollout, and post roll out management. You'll build relations with technical and non-technical internal customers; some of which would be Engineering leaders to approve specifications, AI & UX teams to get their innovations into your product.
You are a natural problem solver, have a "no excuses" mentality and generally maintain a positive outlook when difficulties arise. You have excellent time management skills, and possess the ability to focus intently on a given product or feature and work relentlessly to design the "right" product.
You are analytical, comfortable with technology and have a strong business acumen. You have strong experience with managing Guest Marketing across Email, SMS/WhatsApp and other 2-way messaging channels & working with large data sets. You have demonstrable experience shipping products that leverage Machine Learning and/or Generative AI.
