This role is focused on delivering exceptional quality in service and products, maintaining brand and operational standards, and driving profitability through disciplined cost control and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Managing Director of The Americas, the Vice President of Operations will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure a consistent, high-quality member and guest experience while supporting the long-term growth and performance of the business.
