About the role
ERP Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain ERP modules to meet specific client needs, customizing systems to improve business processes and overall performance. Ensure smooth integration with third-party systems to optimize workflow.
Technical Leadership:
Act as the technical lead for ERP projects, guiding the architecture and design. Mentor junior and mid-level developers in ERP best practices and perform thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Project Collaboration
Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to fully understand client requirements. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
System Optimization and Troubleshooting:
Quickly diagnose and resolve complex ERP issues, focusing on improving performance, scalability, and system reliability. Continuously optimize existing ERP systems to meet evolving business needs.
Data Management:
Oversee data migration efforts, including mapping, cleansing, and validation, ensuring data integrity across multiple ERP platforms. Maintain accuracy and consistency of data to support business decision-making.
Documentation and Support:
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including system architecture and troubleshooting guides. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and lead training sessions to share insights and best practices within the team.
Continuous Learning and Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies, tools, and industry trends. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and optimize internal processes for greater efficiency.
