Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications. • Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs. • Ensure high-quality coding standards, following best practices. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. • Oversee database design, optimization, and integration with PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Mentor and guide junior developers on technical solutions and architecture. • Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain system stability and performance Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and NestJS. • Proficiency in database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB. • Expertise in Microservices Architecture and building RESTful APIs. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker is a plus. Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 6 to 8 years of experience in web development and leading technical teams. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
