Join our dynamic APAC Talent Acquisition Team, where we’re passionate about hiring the best talent to drive our business forward. We’re a collaborative, high-performing group that values integrity, speed, and continuous learning.

 

As a key member of our team, you’ll lead the charge in recruiting top-tier technical and sales professionals across APAC. From Enterprise Account Managers to Solutions Consultants, you’ll be the go-to expert for sourcing and hiring the best in the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and craft compelling job adverts
  • Lead first-round interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
  • Source diverse talent through platforms like LinkedIn, iCIMS, and referrals
  • Deliver recruitment insights and metrics to stakeholders
  • Support broader HR initiatives including onboarding and internal mobility

What we need to see from you

  • Experience working in recruitment either inhouse, RPO or agency/search side
  • Skilled in using ATS, LinkedIn, and sales-specific platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams
  • Passion for creativity and continuous improvement in recruiting strategies
