Role Description The Software Trainers - Data Science role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based data science training, including topics such as Python for data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and related tools and frameworks. The trainer will design course materials, create structured lesson plans, develop instructional content, and prepare real-time project examples to help learners gain practical skills. Daily responsibilities include explaining complex concepts in an accessible manner, conducting hands-on exercises, assessing learner progress through assignments and tests, and providing feedback and mentoring support. The trainer will also collaborate with other faculty to update curricula, align training with industry requirements, and occasionally support workshops, corporate training, and placement-related activities.
Qualifications
- Ability to provide Computer Software Training and general Training, especially in data science and related technologies.
- Strong Communication skills for clear instruction, learner engagement, and effective classroom management.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, preferably in data science, machine learning, or analytics-focused projects.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, including creating structured course content, learning materials, and assessments.
- Solid knowledge of data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, machine learning libraries, data visualization tools).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or mentor in technical or data-focused subjects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with diverse learner groups, adapt teaching methods, and support both academic and graduated students.
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a commitment to learner success and continuous curriculum improvement.
