Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Trainer located in Cannanore. The Software Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions to clients and employees on the features and functionalities of XYROLIMS software. Additional responsibilities include designing instructional materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support. The trainer will collaborate with other team members to customize training programs based on customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Software Training and Training delivery
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of Software Development processes and tools
- Experience in Instructional Design for creating effective training materials
- Ability to adapt training content to suit diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
- Previous experience in the laboratory industry or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field
