We are looking for a Software Testing Lead to take ownership of product quality across our mobile and web platforms. If you are passionate about building scalable QA processes and ensuring flawless user experiences, we would love to connect.
Role: Software Testing Lead
Location: India (Remote / Hybrid)
Compensation: equity (startup opportunity)
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the overall QA strategy and testing framework
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and testing processes
• Lead manual and automated testing for mobile apps, web apps, and backend APIs
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing
• Ensure cross-device compatibility (Android, iOS, web browsers)
• Conduct API testing and database validation
• Implement automation testing frameworks for faster releases
• Manage bug tracking, reporting, and release quality checks
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
• Monitor production issues and ensure continuous quality improvement
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with QA tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman
• Strong understanding of API testing and automation frameworks
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
