Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Software Tester / Quality Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of web and mobile applications through effective testing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports for multiple projects (Web & Mobile Applications)
- Perform manual testing on various software applications
- Validate that user expectations and requirements are met during the testing process
- Review user requirement documents to ensure requirements are testable
- Identify, document, and track defects effectively
- Maintain knowledge of quality standards and testing best practices
- Create, review, and refine user experience and testing documentation
- Collaborate with development and product teams to improve application quality
Other Requirements
- Must have an iPhone for iOS testing
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in software testing or QA
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA fundamentals
- Knowledge of manual testing, functional testing, and regression testing
- Ability to write clear test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing (iOS)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote setup
Preferred
- Prior internship or coursework specifically in QA / Software Testing
