Software Tester (QA Engineer) – 2+ Years Experience Bangalore (In-office role)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (QA Engineer) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience, who can help us maintain high product reliability as we scale.
Role OverviewYou will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications, identifying issues early, and ensuring that product releases meet quality standards across functional and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities- Understand product requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Test end-to-end workflows (e.g., booking → allocation → execution → completion → feedback loops)
- Identify, document, and track bugs using standard tools
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
- Validate fixes and ensure no regression in existing features
- Participate in release cycles and go-live validations
- Contribute to improving QA processes and test coverage
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing (web/mobile applications)
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
- Experience in writing detailed test cases and executing test plans
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman or similar)
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries for validation)
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to Have- Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience in logistics, mobility, or SaaS platforms
- Understanding of real-time systems or operational workflows
Work Location- Bangalore (In-office role only)
- This is a full-time, on-site position — no remote or hybrid option
