Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web & Mobile App Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our applications deliver a seamless, bug-free experience across platforms, devices, and browsers. You will play a critical role in maintaining product quality, usability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Test across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure compatibility.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using issue-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to resolve issues.
- Provide clear and detailed test reports and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with UI/UX standards and performance benchmarks.
- Participate in release and deployment activities and verify successful deployments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in web and mobile application testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of Android, iOS, and cross-browser testing.
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to think from an end-user perspective.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with app store publishing for iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of native development (Kotlin / Swift).
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications.
