Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Software Tester with hands-on experience in Credit Card systems, specifically Prime Four, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional and integration testing within banking/financial services environments, with a focus on card lifecycle processes and transaction validation.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform end-to-end testing of credit card applications, with a focus on Prime Four platform
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Validate credit card lifecycle processes including onboarding, authorization, billing, payments, and settlements
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test conditions and scenarios
- Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
- Support API testing and backend validation for card-related transactions
- Ensure compliance with banking and financial industry standards
Required Skills & Experience:- 4+ years of experience in software testing within BFSI domain
- Strong hands-on experience with Prime Four (credit card system)
- Good understanding of credit card domain:
- Card issuance
- Transaction processing
- Billing & statements
- Payments & collections
- Experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Prior experience working with banking or fintech clients
