Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Software Tester. The Software Tester will be responsible for executing test plans, identifying issues, and ensuring quality assurance in software development. The role involves developing, reviewing, and executing test cases to validate software functionality, as well as collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve potential issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Test Execution and developing comprehensive Test Cases
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns, monitor software performance, and detect potential issues
- Hands-on experience with Software Testing methodologies and Quality Assurance processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with test management tools and software testing tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
