About The Role
We are hiring enthusiastic freshers who have completed training in manual and automation testing to work on CRM SaaS applications. This role provides an excellent opportunity to start a career in product-based testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of CRM software applications
- Write and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects
- Assist in automation testing activities
- Work closely with developers and business analysts
- Ensure product quality and usability
Required Skills
- Completion of Manual & Automation Testing Course (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Knowledge of automation tools (Selenium or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
