Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
- Experience in Functional Testing and Regression Testing.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of Healthcare domain concepts.
- Experience in Claims, Provider, Payer, EMR/EHR, or HIPAA processes.
- Ability to write clear and effective test cases.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and functional requirements.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Execute manual and functional test cases.
- Perform System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects.
- Coordinate with developers and business teams for issue resolution.
- Validate healthcare workflows and business rules.
- Prepare test reports and status updates.
- Ensure application quality and compliance with healthcare standards.
