âś… About the Role
We are looking for an Embedded Test Engineer with hands-on experience in automotive sensors and embedded system testing. The ideal candidate will work closely with software, hardware, and product teams to ensure high-quality sensor functionality through white‑box testing, debugging, and validation.
âś… Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans & test cases for embedded systems
- Perform white box testing and analyze code/architecture
- Test and validate automotive sensors (Radar, Lidar, Ultrasonic, Wheel-speed, Temperature, Pressure, Oâ‚‚, MAF, MAP, IMU, etc.)
- Debug using tools like GDB, JTAG
- Conduct performance, stress, and regression testing
- Work with cross‑functional teams: hardware, firmware, QA
- Report defects using tools like JIRA
- Follow Agile/Scrum practices
- Use Git and CI/CD tools for version control and testing pipelines
âś… Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in embedded testing
- Strong knowledge of automotive sensors
- Hands-on with C / C++ / Python
- Experience in sensor API testing
- Proficient with embedded debugging tools (GDB, JTAG)
- Experience with automation/test frameworks
- Strong problem‑solving & analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork
âś… Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in ADAS sensors (Radar, Lidar, Camera, Ultrasonic)
- Knowledge of ECU testing, CAN/LIN protocols
- Exposure to BMS/EV sensors
