Role Description
We are seeking a Software Test Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include planning, designing, and executing test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications. The role also involves collaboration with software development teams to identify, report, and resolve issues, as well as ensuring compliance with testing standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the improvement of testing processes to maintain high software performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience with Test Execution, Test Cases, and Software Testing methodologies
- Knowledge of Software Development and testing practices
- Proficiency in identifying, reporting, and resolving testing issues
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing tools is a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-oriented environment
