We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer who will support testing activities for company applications and web platforms by identifying issues, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant departments for smooth resolution.This role plays an important part in maintaining system quality and improving operational efficiency.
Role Overview – Software Test Engineer
As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing the company’s internal applications and web systems to identify functional issues, errors, or process gaps. The role mainly focuses on checking system flow, reporting problems, and coordinating with concerned departments for issue correction.
The candidate should have basic technical understanding and strong observation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Test company applications and web systems to identify errors or functional issues
* Check whether system features are working properly as per process requirement
* Identify operational gaps or system-related problems
* Prepare reports on identified issues and testing observations
* Coordinate with internal departments regarding corrections and updates
* Follow up on reported issues until resolution
* Verify whether corrections are properly implemented
* Maintain proper testing records and documentation
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* BCA / Computer Science background preferred
* Basic knowledge of software testing and system checking
* Ability to identify problems and suggest improvements
* Good reporting and documentation skills
* Technically sound with good understanding of applications, web systems, and software functionality
* Good communication and coordination ability
* Freshers are welcome to apply
