Job Summary
Revalsys Technologies is seeking a driven and customer-focused Software & Technology Sales Specialist to promote and sell software solutions, SaaS products, and technology services to businesses across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend the right technology solutions.
This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.
- Promote software products, SaaS solutions, and technology services to prospective clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable software and technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with product, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT product sales, or technology services sales.
- Good understanding of software applications, cloud solutions, HRMS, ATS, CRM, ERP, AI/ML, or analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B software or technology sales.
- Experience selling SaaS products, enterprise applications, or digital transformation solutions is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR Tech, CRM, ERP, AI, Data Analytics, or Cloud-based solutions will be an advantage.
