About The Role
As a CBRE Software Sr. Engineer, you will work under broaddirection and supervise, develop, maintain, and enhance client systems.
This job is part of the Software Engineering job function.They are responsible for successfully executing and monitoring systemimprovements to increase efficiency.
What You’ll Do
TheAnalyst position for the CBRE Business Analytics group supports businessintelligence projects focused on real estate data analyses for CBRE’s globalclients. Through data integration, visualization and examination, this positionhelps our clients optimize their operations across all service lines:facilities management, project management, finance, portfolio administration,cost forecasting, etc.
Ananalyst works closely with our clients and technical database team to automatedata collection from source operational systems, aggregate and standardize theinformation in a data warehouse, and develop Tableau dashboards that leveragethe warehouse to generate meaningful client insights. The analyst will workwith our Global Service Delivery team during the standup of initial solutions,as well as the Ongoing Support team post-delivery. The Ongoing Support teamfocuses on maintaining and enhancing our business intelligence projects.
The idealcandidate possesses a broad skill set across five key categories: Tableauexpertise, experience in data modelling and relational databases, projectmanagement and knowledge of the corporate real estate outsourcing industry ispreferred. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in analytics.
What You’ll Need
- 4+Years of experience as a TableauDeveloper.
- Experience in Data Modelling andRelational Databases (ability to create integrated data models from disparatesources)
- Create, maintain, and optimizeinteractive data visualizations and deploy Best-In-Class dashboards usingTableau.
- Understanding of Parameter/LOD/complex charts is must.
- Proficiency in database technologiessuch as Microsoft Access or SQL Server is preferred.
- Provide Quality assessments andensure Data validations & Testing.
- Present progress and results toonshore team and collects consistent feedback for revisions.
- Excellent communication skillset(both verbal & written)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft OfficeSuite Products, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge onJIRA/Smartsheet/Confluence is preferred.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Mobile Tech position is $27.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Mobile Tech position is $34.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
