Software Specialist responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting software systems that drive business operations and product functionality. Role focuses on solving complex technical challenges, improving system performance, and ensuring reliable application delivery across environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications and system components
- Analyze system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver solutions
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to engineering standards
- Support system integrations, APIs, and backend services
- Maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and enhancements
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Support deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of applications

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in software development, application support, or similar roles
Preferred Background
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
- Exposure to system monitoring and performance optimization tools
